Hal - Account Deletion Request
Users of the Hal application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email from your registered email or phone number to: agroone.official@gmail.com
- Mention subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered mobile number or email ID.
You can also delete your account directly from the app by going to the Account page and clicking Delete Account.
Data that will be deleted
- User profile information
- Phone number / email
- Delivery addresses
- Order history linked to the account
Data retention
Certain transaction records may be securely retained for up to 90 days for legal, fraud prevention, and accounting purposes.
